Terms of Service

OpenClaw Journal Automation is a private tool operated by and solely for Charles Ryan. It is not a public or commercial service, and no public user accounts are offered.

Purpose

The tool reads authorized Google Calendar data and uses it to assist with preparation of private rolling journal entries. Google Calendar access is read-only.

Availability

The tool is provided for personal use as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation. The owner is responsible for reviewing journal output and maintaining access to the connected services.

Acceptable use

The tool may be used only with accounts and data the owner is authorized to access, and only in accordance with the terms of Google, Evernote, and other connected services.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the tool or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
