Privacy Policy

Effective August 23, 2026

OpenClaw Journal Automation is a private, personal tool operated by Charles Ryan. It uses Google Calendar data solely to prepare Charles Ryan’s rolling journal entries.

Google data accessed

The application requests read-only access to Google Calendar. It reads calendar names and event information such as titles, dates, and times. It does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar data.

How data is used

Calendar data is used only to determine journal structure and place scheduled event titles into the appropriate time slots in Charles Ryan’s private Evernote journals. The application is not available for public use.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. It is processed only for the personal journal automation described above.

Storage and security

Authorization credentials are stored locally in an encrypted credential store on a private computer. Journal output is stored in Charles Ryan’s private Evernote account. Access is limited to the application owner.

Retention and deletion

Calendar data is read as needed for journal preparation and is not maintained as a separate commercial dataset. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Locally stored credentials can also be deleted by the application owner.
